Summary: Antigone is a play that takes place a long time ago before 441 BC. This play is a very famous greek tragedy and it is basically about a princess who breaks the law that has been enforced by her uncle who has just been ruled king. She broke the law of giving her brother a "Proper" burial because she believes that in the scheme of things it is the "Proper" thing to do. The king has not only enforced that people cannot touch his body but that his body will rot and decay the very spot that he died. He died sue to the fact that he decided to attack the kingdom that he believed was his. Her task was to decide if she should follow her heart and break the law or let her Uncle win and let him rot.
